A great video from Top Gear’s Jeremy Clarkson on a visit to Dubai, which he claims is the World Capital of SPEED! Some pretty nifty cars, modifications and people who can actually afford it all. Talking of speed…here is another video that shows just how big a speed-bug residents in Dubai have…watch the flying Lamborghini Gallardo at the end!
