Halloween was quite a popular affair in Dubai – a testament to this fact was the hugely successful Halloween party at the Le Meridien Mina Seyahi on Jumeirah Beach… the Penguin Club / Club Mina Halloween bash saw over 200 guests, visitors and kids in attendance, complete with spookalicious costumes to boot!
